We are in full fledged training mode x 2!
Seth had a great morning, however Caleb has tried himself
all-day-long! We are making a few baby steps...two steps forward and one step back. It seems to come in bursts, good then not so good. This evening they are both doing a little better.
We started our day by going to the Chongqing Zoo, they seemed to enjoy seeing all of the animals.
We love reading all of the signs, they must not translate correctly. The one below says, "Grass smiling, please let it alone".
This afternoon after spending a little time back in the room we went out for a walk. The older ones had Starbucks and the two little ones had Dairy Queen. We could tell the boys had never had an ice cream cone, they didn't know how to eat it. We showed them how to lick it, after tasting they seemed to enjoy!
After another rough time in the room this evening we decided to head out to dinner in hopes things would go well, it did! Whew!
They need to be home to run and play in the backyard.
Thank you for your continued prayers! We have received notice that the U.S. Consulate has re-opened!! Hopefully they get caught up quickly! Tonight is our last night in Chongqing, tomorrow evening we fly to Guangzhou.
