We just returned from one of our best family vacations ever!
God gave us great times and great weather!
Our days were full of relaxation and fun!
Wake, breakfast, beach, snack, pool, dinner, hot tub, ice cream, bed.
Wake, repeat! Ahh, wonderful!
We stopped on the way to vacation by a monster truck place(the little guys were so excited!!) and our favorite vegetable stand-their peach cider is the BEST!

The little guys became much more comfortable in the water and loved boogie boarding.
The kids all loved digging and playing in the sand.
They also loved burying their legs and then trying to stand up! Fun!
The big boys had a great time surfing!
Andrew said he caught the best wave of his life last week, of course I didn't catch it with the camera, but it happened! :)

H.O. grew up at the beach but never tried surfing, until now.

For a tasty and special treat on our last night an ice cream truck came by our beach house. We live in the country and ice cream trucks never come by our house.
So, the kids were very excited to visit the ice cream truck!
When our big three were little we went to this beach each summer for many years but had not been back for the past few years. When we began making plans they were excited and it certainly was a wonderful vacation with many sweet family times. Lest you think all is perfect in our family :) we were still parents and had to correct some misbehavior and a case or two of lying with one of our little ones! :) Maybe he thought we were so relaxed we wouldn't notice misbehaving children! Oops, he was wrong!
