On this day 23 years ago my sweet sister at the young age of 28 was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had a battle ahead of her but she fought hard! She had the inspiration of raising two young children to keep her going.
It was not an easy battle, as she endured surgery and chemo, but she was victorious!
She is a fighter and an inspiration to me!

As tears of joy run down my face I cannot put into words how much I love you and the support that you, your family, mom and dad James and Jennifer, all the wonderful friends I had with me and above all the Lord's arms around me to lift me up on the days I didn't think I could fight help me get thru those days. 23 years later it still feels as if it was yesterday! Thank you for your words and know that you my dear sister are an inspiration to all those around you.
